DOVER CALAIS FERRY - P&O or SEA FRANCE

Ferry with either P&O or Sea France for your Champagne Tour

The prices quoted on this website for all of our Champagne Weekends are based on 2 people taking 1 car on a Dover to Calais ferry. Guests will be free to choose their preferred times of travel and with over 25 departures each day, we can usually book a crossing within 30 minutes of your preferred departure / return times.

We work with both P&O and Sea France, and can provide crossings on either operator.

As far as timings are concerned, please note the following:

  • The ferry crossing itself takes approximately 1.5 hours
  • France is one hour ahead of the UK
  • The drive from Calais to Reims is all motorway driving and takes around 2.5 hour

Please note that if you drive on the motorway, the toll costs from Calais to Reims are approximately £18 each way.

If you would like to travel by ferry, then please call us on 08456 430 860 and we can advise on ferry times, and costs, as well as book the crossing at a time to suit you.

There is no travel supplement for the Dover to Calais ferry crossings other than on dates marked * (please see our dates and prices page) where there is a supplement of between £0 and £25 per person (please contact us for the exact supplement for your preferred weekend).

If you prefer to travel by Eurotunnel or do not wish to take your vehicle, we have a number of other options, including Eurostar or flying.
