However, for our Champagne Tasting Weekends, we are offering a choice of 4 grades of accommodation in 5 hotels: Hotel Bristol; Holiday Inn Garden Court; Hotel de la Paix; L'Assiette Champenoise and Les Crayeres.

Mercure Reims Cathedrale – Reims

This modern 3* hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the autoroute, in a pleasant location alongside the Marne canal. The cathedral and the city centre are just 5 minutes walk. The hotel offers modern air conditioned rooms with the usual amenities including cable television, direct-dial telephones and minibar. Wireless internet access is also available in the public areas of the hotel. The hotel features two bars and a restaurant overlooking the canal.

Kyriad Reims Centre – Reims

With 28 rooms, this character hotel is the smallest of the 3* properties that we use in Reims. As a result of its modest size, the passion and welcome of Catalina, the hotel’s director can be felt by all guests. The hotel is located in the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and the main square.

Grand Hotel Continental – Reims

The 3* Grand Hotel Continental is located directly on the main square in Reims and is ideally located for the bars and restaurants as well as the main station which is situated across the main boulevard. The hotel offers 50 rooms in three different grades which are all individually decorated.

Villa Eugene – Epernay

This building, dating back to the 19th century, was previously a residence of the Mercier family. It was fully renovated in 2005 and is now a delightful 15 room boutique hotel. It is located on the prestigious Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, home to a number of prestigious Champagne Houses. It is approximately 1 kilometre from the centre of Epernay (although the walk will take you past Mercier, Castellane, Pol Roger and Moet and Chandon, so there is plenty to admire).

Royal Champagne - Champillon

This 4* Relais and Châteaux hotel is located between Reims and Epernay and is an old coach house. It is situated between the vineyards of the Marne Valley and the forest of the Montagne de Riems regional park and offers fantastic views down the vineyards to the town of Epernay. The hotel offers 25 rooms and suites all with a panoramic view down the hillside and many with their own private terrace. The hotel also boasts a gastronomic restaurant on site.

La Briquetterie – Vinay

This 4* SPA hotel is in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, designed by the famous architect, Chevrier. They have an indoor swimming pool, Spa, Jacuzzi and Hammam for your relaxation. There are six acres of landscaped gardens to enjoy, including a 1300 foot rose garden. The hotel also has a restaurant currently boasting 1 Michelin star.

Château d’Etoges - Etoges

This 3* hotel was built at the start of the 17th century by the Counts of Anglure. Over the centuries it has been host to a number of monarchs as they traveled east from Paris. It is now a member of the prestigious Chateaux & Hotels de France chain and offers a unique base for exploring the vineyards of Champagne. The hotel offers 19 rooms within the chateau and 9 newly refitted rooms in the Orangerie. All rooms include en-suite facilities and many are furnished with antiques from the chateau’s history. In addition the chateau is renowned locally for the quality of its restaurant.
